WHAT IS TIBUMANA WATERFALL?
Tibumana waterfall is a natural place that some water flow on the Penyampuhan river. It has forest view and surrounded by natural atmosphere. Tibumana derived from the word ‘tibu’, which means a deep riverbed.
WHEN THE BEST TIME TO VISIT TIBUMANA WATERFALL?
BEST TIME TO VISIT:
8.00 AM – 5.00 PM.
*) If you want more quiet, better you visit on early morning. It will be great if you can arrive on the spot at 7 am.
CLEAR WATER ON DRY SEASON:
April – October.
*) After raining the water usually turns to muddy water.
Monday – Friday.
*) Don’t visit on weekend or Indonesian holiday. It will be so many visitor and need to queue to take picture on the nice spot.

There is no public transport to get there.
*) For backpacker i recommend you to rent a scooter to reach this waterfall and use google maps as your navigator.

Poor signal for your smartphone.
Some restroom and bathroom. Better bring your own pocket tissue.
Some restaurants selling snacks, souvenirs coconut water.
*) Those restaurant has rice field view.
WHAT YOU NEED TO PAY ATTENTION BEFORE SWIMMING?
- Do not swim under the waterfall.
- Do not standing near the cliff.
- Don’t go into the cave.
- Throw the trash in it’s place.
*) You really need to pay attention to this notice. It’s really important for your safety. Somehow the dry coconut or small stones falling from the top, that’s why forbidden for you to swim under the waterfall.
**) In the wet season the cliff or the cave potential to be collapsed. Even potential to be landslide. That’s why you forbidden to go near the cliff or the cave.
*) This guy will alert you if you across or break the rules. He is not a rude guy, he just care about visitor safety.
